Patheos is the world's premier online destination for dialogue on religion and spirituality, it hosted an online experiment in interfaith co-existence on October 13 called "Share What We Share. The purpose of the event was to explore connections and common ground among the 11 worldviews and 450 bloggers on the site.
'Much of our time is spent defining our own traditions, which includes defining differences from other traditions,' said Kathleen Mulhern, Executive Editor, Patheos. 'This is an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the many values we also share.'

Over the course of the day, each worldview 'channel' at Patheos used its Facebook page to exclusively share posts from bloggers in other worldviews. Evangelical, Pagan, Progressive Christian, Muslim, Jewish, Atheist, Buddhist, Hindu, Mormon, Catholic, and Spirituality blogs were among those taking part in the 'Share What we Share.'. Individual bloggers could participate in this unique event.
The event precedes the October 15 opening of the Parliament of World Religions in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Parliament gathering has been called 'the largest and the most inclusive gathering of people of all faith and traditions.'
